The Ultimate guide for the Best Planner Sticker Shops : Beginners Start Here!
Like I mentioned in my post about your planning style, I have been using stickers in my planners for years. And it took some trial and error to find some of the best planner sticker shops! Hopefully this article will help you!
It gives me a creative outlet to be able to keep myself organized (pasion 1) while adding a decorative touch (passion 2) to my plans.
First off let me start with this: There are a TON of sticker stores out there.
When I first started out in this community all of the shops were on Etsy so it was simple to find what I needed. Since then a lot of them have moved to their own websites. This can make it a bit more difficult if you don’t know where to start.
But don't worry - I have linked all of them throughout this post so you can bookmark them for later!
I want to preface something: you do not have to have stickers in your planner to be productive.
There are some people who think stickers will distract from your planning and some who can’t plan their weeks without them. This is a completely personal preference, so don’t let anyone tell you what you can and can’t do!
If this is your first time shopping around for stickers there will be different styles of items to look out for. Regardless of the type of planner you are, these are some of the best planner sticker shops out there!
To make it easy for beginners I have sectioned off my review on the best planner sticker shops into 5 categories: weekly sticker kits, monthly sticker kits, icon stickers, character stickers, and planner accessories.
Hopefully this will help you gauge what style of sticker planning you want to implement into your own planners! Remember: these are my best planner sticker shops recommendations – what are yours?
Wallets ready? Let’s go!

Top 3 Weekly Kits Shops
Okay so let’s start off with the biggest category of them all, weekly sticker kits. These are the sticker kits that can either completely fill your weekly spread (for a no white space look) or can even last you a few spreads (for more white space planning).

For weekly sticker kits they will probably have a lot of pages, and if you are just starting off I recommend shopping for listings with smaller amounts of stickers – because trust me it can get really overwhelming!
I’m working on a blog post all about what the different sticker types are, what they mean, and what they look like in your planner: so stay tuned!
Until then, here are my favorite shops to shop for sticker kits! Keep in mind these stores will also sell other stickers, but their weekly kits are *chef’s kiss* where it’s at!
If I could only shop at one sticker store for weekly kits it would be Harriet Wright Designs. They offer such a selection that it is impossible not to fall in love with her kits. Whether you want foiled or no foiled, glossy or matte, this is one of the best companies to shop from.
Simply Watercolor Co is the best option for those that like the watercolor and subtle design style. All of her designs are created with a watercolor type design and it makes for some beautiful pastel spreads. They also offer monthly kits that are just to die for, but their weekly kits are where it’s at for me!
My last weekly sticker kit shop I want to mention is The GP Studio. If you are a beginner with a limited budget, you HAVE to check out their shop. They offer some of the best prices for high quality stickers. Their inventory list is also ever growing, so it’s nearly impossible to find a kit you like. I have been using them since the beginning and watching how their product quality has improved has been incredible.

Top 2 Monthly Sticker Shops
The next option for sticker kits is the monthly kit. Depending on your planner size, most stores cater and offer their kits in different sizes. This is great because that means there is something for everyone.
I typically like to keep my monthly spreads pretty minimal since there is so much content on a monthly spread in my planner, but stores really have all kinds of designs and styles in their stores.
I’m extra and prefer that all of my monthly kits match, and they all come from Jax and Pepper, especially for my memory planner.
(See my planning style post if you have no idea what I’m talking about when I say memory planner). Their style is simplified and elegant, so it makes a really hectic spread seem so simple.
Next up is Planning World. They were one of the first stores on the market that offered foiled monthly sticker kits and they have been a frontrunner in my mind ever since I discovered them.
I particularly like that they offer kits for your birthday month or wedding month, so you can use them whenever you want in your planner!

Top 5 Icon Stickers Shops
A good way to add stickers to your spread without having to spend money on weekly kits are purchasing icon stickers.
You can use these to mark so many things!
- Need to take the trash out? Trash icon
- Want to check the mail? Envelope sticker
- Going grocery shopping? Put a shopping cart icon and go
There are literally so many options out there!
Both foiled and non foiled icon stickers are available out there, it just depends on what you are looking for!
Icon stickers also don’t have to be a sticker with an icon! They can also be a bow sticker or heart icon that you put to signify something.

For me I like to mark each blog post I finish in my planner with a bow, but I’ll get to that in a minute!
Arctic Paper Studio is hands down my favorite icon shop. They offer what I think is the best foil sticker options as well as prices out there.
A lot of stores over price their foiled icon stickers because they know people will pay it, and they do. But this company prices them at a great price so you can buy multiple sheets for a lot less than other stores.
Another top choice is Hello Petite Paper. Her store offers some of the cutest pastel icon stickers out there. They offer blush pink everything, which is extremely important for me because I think blush pink is the greatest color invented.
HPP also has some great weekly sticker kits as well as monthly kits so they are a one stop shop for most people – myself included!
Clever Gal Crafts is probably the shop I order the absolute most from. She has these icon stickers that I was mentioning above that are little bows, and they are the cutest way to mark recurring events in my planner.
For instance I put one bow sticker each time I finish a blog post so I know looking back at my planner, each bow = a blog post. This is a prime example of how icon stickers can be anything you want!
If you don’t have a set planner in mind, Rose Colored Daze has some great options for functional and icon stickers.
She has these foiled calendar stickers that I die over, and put them in my to do list planner that I carry around with me everywhere. This store has some of the best foiling out there and I love adding her stickers into my spreads.
My Newest Addiction is the final shop on my favorite icon sticker section and she made the list because I am just absolutely obsessed with her store. Not only does she have some precious and feminie icon and script stickers but she will sometimes come out with other planner accessories that are to die for!
Her foiled pillow sticky notes are some of the most compliments planner items I have, and I set an alarm each time she releases new stock so I can never run out!

Top 2 Character Sticker Shops

A great way to add stickers to your weekly planner spreads without going overboard on sticker kits is to add character stickers.
Hands down this is the easiest way to add cute designs to your already hectic week.
Two shops come to mind when I think about the best character stickers: Fox and Pip & The Coffee Monsterz Co.
Fox and Pip has some of the cutest girl stickers and she has covered every single activity I can think of, it’s hands on one of the best planner sticker shops around.
From grocery shopping and Netflix time, to needing coffee and sleeping in – this was the first ever sticker shop I purchased from and I haven’t turned back since!
If you are more interested in cartoon-y character stickers, then you should check out The Coffee Monsterz Co (TCMC) shop.
Her bobble head character design is so precious and she caters to all holidays, orientations, races, and genders. They are some of the cutest additions to my weekly spreads in my planner!

Top 2 Planner Accessories Shops
There are a TON of planner accessories out there. If you are anything like me, you might be tempted to add things to your cart… Even without knowing what they are.
The two shops I’ve highlighted here focus on washi tape and planner paper clips. They are (in my opinion) the best at what they do!
What is Washi Tape? It is simply a lightweight decorative tape that can add something extra to your plans. You can use it solely as decoration or even as actual tape!
I use washi tape to tape up notes around the house to Brad because I think it adds a cute little touch.
My number one shop for washi tape is Simply Gilded. They offer some of the most beautiful and highly sought after designs for their bow washi tape.
If you want to get your hands on some of their stuff you will probably need to set an alarm for when they reup on their stock, because they are that popular!
For planner clips (both that you can use like a paperclip or ones you can clip onto your planner) I recommend PlumeyCrafts.
No matter what style, show, character, or movie you want, odds are they have it. I have personally purchased essentially every Harry Potter paper clip she has ever made.
They are heavy duty and stand up well on my daily planner that comes around with me every day. If you aren’t into stickers just yet, these clips are an excellent way to add something extra to your planner.

There you have it – an all inclusive guide of my top favorite planner sticker shops. What I would call the best planner sticker shops out there!
If you are a beginner and have no clue where to start with stickers, I’ve got you covered! Be sure to check out these shops and their social media accounts to see what they are about!
All of the people on this list not only have incredible inventory, but are also all beautiful human beings. I’m currently placing an order as you read this from at least two of them!
